Getting Started with FuelKit

FuelKit is a nutrition, recipe, and grocery tracker for you and your household. You log what you eat against a daily calorie and protein target, save the meals you actually cook, plan the week's dinners, and let the shopping list build itself from the plan.

Go to fuelkit.app and sign in with your Google account. That's the whole account system — there is no separate FuelKit password. A short onboarding asks for the basics (name, body stats, and your calorie targets for different kinds of days) so the app can compute meaningful targets from day one. Everything can be changed later in Profile.

Install it as an app

FuelKit works in any browser, but it's built to live on your home screen:

Always install from fuelkit.app — if a permission prompt ever shows a strange pages.dev address, the app was installed from an old URL; delete that copy and re-add it from fuelkit.app.

After an update ships, an installed app can briefly keep showing the old version. Fully close it (swipe it away) and reopen to pick up the new one.

Find your way around

Five tabs along the bottom (or in the sidebar on a desktop-width screen):

Your name at the top opens Profile: personal details, targets, household and invites, API keys, data backup, and account deletion.

Works offline

Recent days are cached on your device, and anything you log while offline is queued and synced when you're back online. If a day ever shows "couldn't load," don't re-add food — the entries are safe on the server; the app just couldn't reach it yet.

Next steps

  1. Log your first foods — scan a barcode or search.
  2. Save the meals you cook — one-tap logging forever after.
  3. Invite your household — share the recipe library and shopping list.
  4. Connect Claude — log and plan by chatting with an AI assistant.
